Crop production days at the Department of Agriculture

At the 2025 Crop Production Conference in Dachau, we had the opportunity to share and discuss our results and findings with farmers. The direct exchange was particularly valuable, allowing us not only to present our research but also to receive valuable feedback from practitioners.

The open and constructive atmosphere made it possible to discuss the challenges and opportunities of modern agriculture together. Overall, it was a very pleasant dialogue that once again demonstrated the importance of knowledge transfer between science and practice in developing sustainable solutions for agriculture.

Advisory field: nutrient balance

In In our presentation on the nutrient balance consulting field, we presented the possibilities for digitally analyzing spatial variability in agricultural areas. Using modern sensor technology and remote sensing, differences in soil quality, yield, and nitrogen efficiency can be precisely recorded. This data serves as the basis for optimized fertilization strategies that offer both economic and ecological benefits. The direct exchange with practitioners demonstrated that digital nutrient management is a key topic for sustainable agriculture.

Online lecture series on agricultural research

As part of the HEF Academy of the Technical University of Munich, November 28, 2024 We were able to present our products to a broad audience. The HEF Academy was established in 2009 and has since developed into an important interface for knowledge transfer between science, business, politics, and society. Lectures, workshops, and conferences bring together interested parties and experts from various fields of agricultural science and economics for professional exchange.
